Green beans soak in water while charcoal filters pull out 99.9% of the caffeine. No methylene chloride. No ethyl acetate.
Decaffeinated green beans get roasted like any other coffee. This is where the chocolatey notes come out.
Steeped cold for a full day, then filtered. That’s where the smooth comes from.
Cold Brew is filtered water and decaf coffee. That’s it. The lattes add whole milk and organic cane sugar.

How much caffeine is left?
Swiss Water® Process decaf removes 99.9% of the caffeine.
Does it need to be refrigerated?
Not until it’s open. The cans are shelf stable, but they’re best served chilled. Shake a little first. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
